Faith Formation 2025-2026 Registration for Grades K-12.
Welcome! We are so excited to have you and your family join us for Faith Formation this year. Click here to learn more about our programs.

Two important notes:
- Sacrament preparation discernment for First Communion and Confirmation will take place at a later time.
- Form A must be completed for your student to attend Faith Formation classes.
Those seeking First Communion: During registration please check the box that your child is seeking First Communion and then complete the Elementary Sacrament Preparation Request Form.
Those seeking Confirmation: During registration please check the box that your child is seeking Confirmation. At the end of registration after completing your Form A please click the Confirmation Form A page will appear which will contain a link to schedule an interview with our Jorge Ochoa, High School Faith Formation. If you close your browser, the links will also be available in your confirmation email that is sent to confirm your Faith Formation registration. The last day to register for Confirmation is September 5th.
After September 5th, students can still register for Renovate, but not Confirmation.
